Historic Las Vegas 1920s Box Car Cocktail Dress

This cocktail dress is made to make an impression. It has a boat neck, stand-up collar, so concentrate your accessories on your wrists and or ears. You can choose not to have a sleeve at all, which really looks great, but then so does a short or just above the elbow sleeve, your choice!

The train in the desert

The train plays a major part of Las Vegas history, it was founded as a train stop in 1905. The San Pedro, Los Angeles and Salt Lake Railroad ran between Salt Lake City and Los Angeles, with a stop in Las Vegas.

Las Vegas was picked because there was plenty of water, it was a steam train after all :^).

I love trains and the train fabric is inspired by the the exterior of a Brown 1920s box car, I photographed at the Clark County Museum.
